Join me and let's see how to make Creamy yogurt and peanut butter ice cream
Instructions:
Step 1
Mix the yogurt with the vanilla in a bowl. Cover with film and freeze for 2 hours. When it takes half the time, stir to prevent crystals from forming and freeze again. Mash the frozen banana together with the honey and peanut butter until you get a smooth mixture. If you prefer it with more consistency, you can freeze it 30 minutes until serving.
Step 2
To assemble the ice cream, alternate both mixes, first pour some of the yogurt into each glass or glass, add a few peanuts, on top pour the banana mixture with a little chocolate ganache and finish with more yogurt cream. Garnish with peanuts and ganache. Serve immediately.
Step 3
☆ Peel the banana, cut it into medium pieces and store it in bags. Freeze it for 3 hours before use.
Step 4
☆ I particularly recommend always having peeled and frozen fruit for ice cream or smoothies.
Step 5
☆ You can use melted chocolate instead of ganache.
