Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Chocolate ganache (garnish) (See recipe)
  • Peanuts

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Mix the yogurt with the vanilla in a bowl. Cover with film and freeze for 2 hours. When it takes half the time, stir to prevent crystals from forming and freeze again. Mash the frozen banana together with the honey and peanut butter until you get a smooth mixture. If you prefer it with more consistency, you can freeze it 30 minutes until serving.
  • Step 2
  • To assemble the ice cream, alternate both mixes, first pour some of the yogurt into each glass or glass, add a few peanuts, on top pour the banana mixture with a little chocolate ganache and finish with more yogurt cream. Garnish with peanuts and ganache. Serve immediately.
  • Step 3
  • ☆ Peel the banana, cut it into medium pieces and store it in bags. Freeze it for 3 hours before use.
  • Step 4
  • ☆ I particularly recommend always having peeled and frozen fruit for ice cream or smoothies.

  • ☆ You can use melted chocolate instead of ganache.
