On a sweet rainy afternoon for the little ones in the house, I come to show you how to prepare a charming and delicious Fit Rice Pudding.

You can add some cloves and if you like to spray condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 180/200 g Bomba rice (depending on how thick you want it) 🍚
  • Lemon peel 🍋 A pinch of salt 🧂
  • Cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon Sweetener.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Put the milk together with the lemon peel, the pinch of salt and a cinnamon stick on the fire.
  • Step 2
  • When it starts to boil, add the sweetener and rice.
  • Step 3
  • Let the rice cook (15/20 minutes), over low heat, without stopping stirring at any time. 🥄
  • Step 4
  • Once cooked, remove the skin from the lemon and the cinnamon stick. Pour into the container we have chosen and sprinkle cinnamon on top. 🎉🎉
  • Step 5
  • We can drink it hot or take it to the fridge and serve it cold. Enjoy it!!
