Heat the liter of milk and let it be infused with the orange peels, lemon and cinnamon stick. Before it boils, turn it off and leave it covered for 30 minutes.

Whisk the yolks with the 100 g of sugar for 3 minutes.

Dissolve the cornstarch with the 250 ml of milk and add them to the yolk shake.

Strain the milk, remove the husks and the cinnamon stick.
