  • 5 tbsp sugar.
  • 3 scoops of cornstarch.
  • 1 cup cold milk

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Heat the liter of milk with the cinnamon and the 5 tablespoons of sugar, stir well so that it dissolves.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until you get a firm meringue.
  • Step 3
