Instructions:
Step 1
Fry the sesame seeds in the oil and set aside until cold

In a bowl, put the sugar, almonds, sweet wine, anise, lard, salt and cinnamon, mix everything and add the oil (which was cold with the sesame seeds)

Add the flour and knead until you have a dough, you have to squeeze it so that if it crumbles
Step 4
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin even more or less centimeter thick, cut the rolls and put them on baking paper.
Step 5
Bake at 180* about 12 minutes, take out let it cool down a little (be careful that they break very soon) and coat one by one in icing sugar and that's it.
