Ingredients

  • 70 g sunflower oil
  • 15 g sesame seeds
  • 70 g sweet wine
  • 15 g sweet or dry anise
  • 50 g lard
  • 370 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt and a pinch of cinnamon
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • Icing sugar.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Fry the sesame seeds in the oil and set aside until cold
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, put the sugar, almonds, sweet wine, anise, lard, salt and cinnamon, mix everything and add the oil (which was cold with the sesame seeds)
  • Step 3
  • Add the flour and knead until you have a dough, you have to squeeze it so that if it crumbles
  • Step 4
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin even more or less centimeter thick, cut the rolls and put them on baking paper.

  • Bake at 180* about 12 minutes, take out let it cool down a little (be careful that they break very soon) and coat one by one in icing sugar and that's it.
