  • 3 eggs
  • 500ml of whole milk
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Grated zest of one orange
  • 50g of raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of brandy (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and butter a baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix the panettone cubes and raisins (if using).
