  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond, soy, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 tbsp of agave honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 Banana

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We started by putting all the ingredients (except the banana) from the list, in a bowl. With the help of a blender, we grind everything until we have a smooth and very homogeneous dough, trying not to have any lumps.
