Instructions:
Step 1
Drain the tuna and corn. Chop the corn through a grinder. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and chop the hard-boiled egg. Fry the onion and garlic in a saucepan with butter and oil, add the crumbled Avecrem and coriander, stir.
Step 2
Add the corn and tuna, stir. Add the hard-boiled egg, stir. Add the flour, stir. Add the milk, stir. Salt and pepper the dough. Put the croquette dough on a tray. Let the dough cool down.
Step 3
Form the croquettes. Pass the croquettes through flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Transfer the croquettes to a tupper. Store in the freezer until ready to use the croquettes.
