Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Peel, wash and chop the potatoes into large pieces. Cook in salted water.

  2. 2

Salt and pepper the ground beef

  3. 3

Chop the onion and mushrooms into cubes

  4. 4

In a pan with a little oil, sauté the onion for 1 minute and season.

  5. 5

Add the meat and cook until the meat is well thrown and the onion is clear

  6. 6

Add the mushrooms and cook 1 minute, this step is optional

  7. 7

In a bowl, mash the potatoes with a fork

  8. 8

Add the butter, salt if the father was left with little salt and pepper. Mix

  9. 9

Add the meat, onion and mushrooms, mix well

  10. 10

Divide the mixture into 4 and make some balls

  11. 11

This step is optional, I do all the previous steps one day before so that I can do the next ones only the next day (that's because I don't have much time to cook during the day)

  12. 12

I store the potato balls in a pot for the next day to cook faster.

  13. 13

    Marinate the potato balls

  14. 14

Whisk an egg on one plate and place the panko on another plate

  15. 15

Pass the henarinated balls through the egg and then through the panko

  16. 16

Fry the potato balls on both sides.

  17. 17

Serve with salad or whatever you like. I accompany them with cabbage and egg and take advantage of using the egg that was left over from this recipe, if there was a little panko left over I also add it to the cabbage egg (nothing is lost).
