Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 units of chili or chili pepper.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 5 tablespoons of oil.
  • 5 eggs.
  • 4 corn tortillas.
  • 8 tbsp of refried beans.
  • 2 Tbsp of sliced coriander.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a pot, add the water, tomatoes, chili and garlic.

  • Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  • Step 3
  • Remove from the heat and pass to the blender, process until you get a thick sauce.
