Ingredients

  • 500 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine or non-alcoholic beer
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika

  • 4 cans of tuna
  • 6 eggs
  • 400 g crushed tomato
  • 2 medium onions.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Mix the oil, milk, white wine and sweet paprika in a pot and heat it up, but without boiling.
  • Step 2
  • Add flour until the dough can be peeled off (I used approximately 600g).
  • Step 3
  • Place it on the countertop and knead, adding flour if needed.
  • Step 4
  • Divide the dough into two parts, one for the base and one for the top layer.
  • Step 5
  • Boil the eggs, sauté the tomato and onion. Let's crumble the tuna.
  • Step 6
  • In one of the bases we incorporate all the filling and cover with the other. We seal with the help of a fork.
  • Step 7
  • Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
