Instructions:
Step 1
Put a splash of oil in a baking dish and cover it with all the vegetables (potatoes, carrots, zucchini and sweet potatoes) cut with the potato peeler or with a mandolin and the very fine mushrooms. Put the salmon with the spices on top.
Step 2
To keep the fish from drying out, cover it with some strips of vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon (no longer if you want the salmon to be juicy). And that's it.
