Instructions:
Step 1
In a bowl, add the chopped onion in a feather and pour in all the squeezed lemon juice, then chop the salmon and throw it into another bowl and put everything together.
Step 2
Then chop the brown pepper into small squares, then chop the cilantro also small, defrost the passion fruit and have it ready to serve.
Step 3
Add the salmon and onion to the bowl and mix everything, after everything is mixed up, the evaporated milk is added to a corner of the bowl where there is only lemon juice and the milk begins to dissolve in the juice to thicken the juice.
Step 4
After everything is stirred, salt and pepper are added to taste, try before serving if it lacks salt or pepper, (extra fact evaporated milk is to give it thickness and remove the acidity of the lemon)
