Instructions:
Step 1
The night before, put the teaspoon of chia seeds with water in a small bowl so that it hydrates
Step 2
Wash the red fruits and the apple thoroughly. Cut the apple and banana in half.
Step 3
Add the red fruits, half a peeled banana, a quarter of the apple (I removed the skin), the hydrated chia from the night before and a splash of hazelnut milk (any vegetable) to the blender bowl
Step 4
Blend everything well and add to a bowl or bowl. On top, add the seeds, the other quarter of the diced apple, and the muesli, oatmeal or granola to give each tablespoon a crunchy touch.
