To break the diet with my husband a special recipe, I'll tell you how to prepare delicious truffled chickpeas with ribs and chanterelles.

You can accompany it with garlic breads and baked bananas.

Ingredients

  • 150 g truffled chickpeas
  • 6-8 pork ribs in bite pieces
  • 4-5 rovellons
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 Italian green pepper
  • 2 c.s. concentrated tomato
  • 1 tsp paprika from La Vera
  • 1 cc of ñora pulp
  • 45 ml white wine.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We started from the chickpeas to the Aldi canned truffle that they gave me 😜. We drain them and set them aside.
  • Step 2
  • Cook the ribs for 40 minutes in water with a bay leaf. We are foaming to remove possible impurities. In the end, we reserve the ribs on one side and on the other the resulting well-strained broth.
  • Step 3
  • While the ribs are cooking, we make the stir-fry.
  • Step 4
  • To do this, clean and cut the rovellons into bite pieces and sauté them briefly in a saucepan. We booked.
  • Step 5
  • In that same pot, simmer the onion, garlic and pepper as small as you can over low heat
  • Step 6
  • Add the ñora, the paprika, the tomato, the white wine and the reserved cooked ribs. Remove and let it dry.
  • Step 7
  • Add the mushrooms and some of the reserved cooking water and let it cook for about 10 minutes until a sauce forms. We salt and pepper. Add broth if necessary.
  • Step 8
  • Then add the chickpeas, mix well but carefully so as not to break them and let the whole thing warm up.
  • Step 9
  • Decorate with chives and that's it. Very goodooooooos!!
