  • 4 alheira sausages
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Step 2
  • Place the alheira sausages on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until they are cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
