  • 8 slices of sandwich bread
  • 8 slices of cooked ham
  • 8 slices of Gruyère cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 250 ml of hot milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
