  • 500g ground pork
  • 250g ground veal or beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil for frying

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, veal or beef, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
