Recipe of Delicious cookies

Ingredients

• 300 g plain flour, whole egg and one yolk
• 100 g icing sugar
• 1 tsp royal powder
• 125 g soft butter
• Zest of half a lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

   Whisk the butter with the icing sugar

   Then add the whole egg, yolk, vanilla and lemon zest

   Everything is mixed very well until a smooth dough is made

   Then the dough is put in the freezer for a little while, wrapped in film, so that it gains consistency

   Heat the oven to 180°

   Take out the dough and cut it into slices and place it on baking paper and put it for approximately 15 minutes.

   When they are golden brown to our liking, we take them out of the oven.

   Let them cool and add the icing sugar, on top
