  • 500 g of potatoes cut into quarters.
  • 2 onions cut into quarters.
  • 200 g of sliced sausage.
  • 6 tbsp olive oil.
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves.
  • ½ tablespoon of whole oregano.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

  • Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from the heat, drain the water and set aside.
