  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • Some ribs or pieces of brisket (depending on how each diner eats)
  • 1 large potato or two small
  • Some green beans (I usually use the flat ones)
  • 1 large carrot
  • Water that covers and exceeds well
  • Salt, pepper and garlic (to taste)
  • A few slices of saffron and you can add food coloring

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • The stir-fry is made with vegetables, garlic (if desired) and meat
  • Step 2
  • In the pressure cooker, add the chopped potatoes, beans and carrots, a bay leaf, the saffron strips, the food coloring and the salt and pepper
  • Step 3
  • Add the meat and vegetables that had been fried, you can add it as is or you can grind it.
  • Step 4
