Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • 500 g of noodles.
  • 100 g of peeled and cleaned shrimp.
  • 6 Chinese mushrooms.
  • 2 cloves of garlic cut in brunoise.
  • 2 shallots or scallions
  • 2 red peppers cut in brunoise.
  • 2 celery sticks cut into small pieces.
  • 100 ml of orange juice.
  • 1 teaspoon of bean paste
  • ¼ teaspoon of paprika.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Instructions:

  • Soak the mushrooms for 10 minutes in hot water.
  • Step 2
  • Then drain them, squeeze them until they release all the liquid.

  • Cut them finely. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil, then add the noodles and cook until al dente (approximately 10 minutes).
