Recipe of Hot dog with pickled carrots and fried onions

Ingredients

• 5 turkey sausages
• 5 doggie rolls
• 2 spoons pickled carrot
• 2 spoons fried onion
• 1-2 ketchup bags
• 1-2 bags of mustard
• Olive oil.

Directions

   Brown the sausages in a pan, drain on absorbent paper. In the same pan as the sausage, sauté the carrot for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

   Open the roll in half, fill with carrots and sausage. Place the puppy on a plate, sauce with ketchup and mustard, sprinkle with fried onions. Serve.
