Fry the sausages in a little oil until golden brown. Open the rolls and add some mozzarella cheese, ketchup, mustard and BBQ sauce to each one in the bottom.

Place the sausages inside the rolls and top with a little Cajun sauce and mayonnaise. Spread the pickles, cut very small, and the scallions. Top with the Cheddar cheese and the rest of the mozzarella.
Step 3
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 220° in gratin mode. Ready to enjoy with a mug of beer with fresh lemon.
