Join me and let's see how to make Hot dog bread in a pan, gluten-free, fast, super easy
Instructions:
Step 1
In a cup, hydrate the tablespoons of chia flour by adding 7 tablespoons of warm water, mix briefly and set aside while they absorb liquid.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the flours and starches, then add the xanthan gum and integrate a little to obtain a base premix.
Step 3
Form a hole in the premix and add the salt, baking powder and dry yeast separately from each other, together with the sugar. After that, mix again, making sure that these ingredients are integrated into the premix.
Step 4
Once again, form a hole and add the oils and the hydrated chia flour, then gradually add the warm water, trying to stir well until they are mixed and a dough with a suitable texture and easy to handle is obtained.
Step 5
Put the dough on a surface covered with premix or one of the flour, then start kneading until you get a smooth and crack-free texture, then with a rolling pin roll the dough to the thickness appropriate to your personal taste and with a dough cutter take out portions that will serve as breads.
Step 6
Another option to make the breads is to form an elongated roll and then take out portions with your hands to give them the shape you want.
Step 7
Cover a pan with a piece of non-stick paper or a teaspoon of oil and premix, then place on a manual toaster and let it preheat for a few short minutes.
Step 8
Place the breads on the surface of the preheated pan and let them cook covered over medium heat or low heat, trying to turn every so often that they feel toasted on one side.
Step 9
[depending on the pan and heat of the flame, the time may vary]
Step 10
Finally, when they feel ready, check by chopping with a toothpick or knife, if it comes out clean it will mean that they are ready.
Step 11
Serve delicious pan breads ideal for enjoying a good breakfast, dinner or simply to use as a sandwich or rolls to eat hot dogs.
