  • 2 tablespoons Chia Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Xanth Gum
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • Salt to taste. [I used ½ tsp]
  • Warm water in the quantity required
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon melted Coconut Oil.
