  • 1 jar of pâté fine herbs
  • Pepper powder
  • 1 jar of crushed natural tomato

  • Grated Cheese
  • Ingredients for the Bechamel
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 large spoonful of flour (20-30 g.)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee salt
  • 1/3 coffee spoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/3 coffee spoon of nutmeg

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Fry the onion in a pan, when it is done add the minced meat. Add salt and a little pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Once everything is fried, add the jar of fine herb pâté and stir it so that it melts with the same heat.
  • Step 3
  • In another pan, fry the tomato and correct the acidity with salt and a little sugar.
  • Step 4
  • Heat some water and when it is warm add the cannelloni plates. Once they are ready, we dry them well and we can refill.
  • Step 5
  • We will put the tomato on a baking sheet and once the cannelloni are done we will put them on top of the tray on the tomato.
  • Step 6
  • We make the bechamel. Once done, we pour it over the cannelloni and distribute it well. Sprinkle grated cheese to taste
  • Step 7
  • Put in the oven for 10 minutes and then gratin for 5 more minutes and that's it.
