  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 julienned onion
  • 1 green pepper cut into julienne strips
  • 2 pear tomatoes cut into pieces
  • 1 celery branch cut into julienne
  • 4 tablespoons Pataks tikka masala sauce

Instructions:

  • Put a pan on medium heat for the sauce and at the same time a pot on high heat with boiling water and salt to cook the pasta:

  • In the large hot pan, add the oil and sauté the vegetables for 10 minutes over medium heat, the onion, the green pepper, the celery and the tomato, stirring so that it does not stick.

  • In the pot with the boiling water, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions, 9 minutes in this case (I always cook it 2 more minutes, that's our taste). 2 minutes before turning off the heat, add the curry and the contents of the can of cooked corn and stir.
