  • pasta (whichever you like the most)
  • 600 ml vegetable milk
  • 65 g wholemeal flour
  • 40 g margarine
  • salt
  • 1 onion
  • 125 g mushrooms.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • The first thing we are going to do is cook the pasta.
  • Step 2
  • In the meantime we are going to prepare the bechamel sauce. In a saucepan, mix the flour, milk, margarine and salt, and stir well until it thickens. Cut the onion and mushrooms into small pieces and fry them. Then we add the onion and mushrooms to the sauce and mix it well.
  • Step 3
  • Finally we pour the sauce over the pasta and that's it!!
