  • 200 ml soy cream
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 20 g grated vegan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 splash of lemon juice
  • To taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Wash the fresh basil thoroughly under cold water. Then we put it in the measuring cup of the hand blender, or whatever you have. I don't remove the stems because they give it flavor, but you can remove them if you don't like them.
  • Step 2
  • Add the lemon juice, pine nuts, garlic, liquid soy cream, grated vegan cheese, salt and pepper. Note: other times I haven't had vegan grated cheese and I haven't added cheese, and it's also very delicious, very soft.

  • Bring water to a boil with salt, oil and oregano. I like to do it this way so that pasta doesn't stick and has more flavor.
