  • Homemade or chilled pizza dough.
  • Liquid cream for cooking 100 ml.
  • Bacon 200 g.
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 ball.
  • Laminated mushrooms.
  • 4 Ground black pepper to taste.
  • Grated cheese for pizza (varied) 100 g.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We start by preparing the pizza dough, you can use a refrigerated one if you're in a hurry or knead your own homemade dough.
  • Step 2
  • To make the carbonara sauce, we start by cutting the bacon into very thin strips and sautéing them in a pan until they begin to release their fat. We reserve them because they will be finished cooking in the oven.
  • Step 3
  • In the fat that they have released, sauté the sliced mushrooms back and forth, reserving them as well.
  • Step 4
  • Then we add the liquid cream and 50 g of cheese grated in threads -any mix we like- and reduce it until the cheese starts to melt.
  • Step 5
  • We spread the dough or base of the pizza, put three or four tablespoons of the cream and cheese sauce on it and spread it well with the back of a spoon.
  • Step 6
  • Then add the shredded mozzarella cheese, the bacon and mushroom tacos and the rest of the cheese grated into threads.
  • Step 7
  • Add a little more of the carbonara sauce we have prepared, -spreading them all over the surface of the pizza-, sprinkle with plenty of black pepper and cook it in the preheated oven at 230º for about 15 minutes until the edges of the pizza begin to toast.
