  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 gr. butter
  • ½ cup of Milk
  • 40 gr. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg

  • Peel the potatoes and cook in plenty of cold salted water.

  • Grind and puree by incorporating the milk.
