  • 100 gr. of Shiitake mushrooms.
  • 100 gr. of basmati rice.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 100 ml. of white wine.
  • 300 ml. of water.
  • 1/2 tablet of concentrated chicken or vegetable broth.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Chop the garlic and onion finely and put the garlic in a pan first, and when it starts to brown add the onion and let it simmer until it is very tender.
