  • 200 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Free range egg
  • 1/4 Orange (juice)
  • 4 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Dash Brandy

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We laminate the salmon, and reserve the larger slices, to decorate later in the shape of a rose.
