  • Sourdough bread 2 pieces.

  • 2 carrots, curled into ribbons.
  • 2 small, thinly shaved radishes
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 2 tablespoons of picked coriander.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds.

  • Cut the avocados lengthwise, discard the pits and remove the fruit.
