Instructions:
Step 1
Wash the courgettes, or peel them if you like them without skin, and broken into pieces. Wash the leek and the same.
Step 2
Optional. This step is optional, but for me it's the key. Add some EVOO and fry next to the vegetables.
Step 3
10 minutes, Speed 2, temperature 110 degrees and power 8.
Step 4
Add the water or broth, salt and pepper. I only put 120 ml of water because I don't like it to be too liquid. Program 15 minutes, speed 2, temperature 100 degrees and power to 10.
Step 5
Let it cool for about 3 minutes and place the avocados cut into quarters and the natural Greek yogurt. For 2 minutes at progressive speed from 6 to 8, shred everything and that's it.
