Instructions:
Step 1
The first thing is to leave the basil oil ready so that it can gain flavor and aroma. Wash and dry the fresh basil leaves well and put them in the blender bowl.
Step 2
Add the olive oil and grind until you get an intense green cream. If you want you can paste it in but I prefer to keep those tiny pieces of green leaves.
Step 3
Pour it into a jar, cover it and store it in the fridge while we prepare the salad.
Step 4
Wash, dry and cut into slices. We arrange them in a circular way on the plate.
Step 5
Cut the black olives into slices and put them on top. We also threw in a handful of unroasted pine nuts.
Step 6
We picked a couple of good tomatoes. I bought them on Saturday in a store near my neighborhood and I've been eating them for breakfast all week so they seemed ideal for this type of salad.
Step 7
Take our homemade basil oil out of the fridge and spray it all over the dish to taste. This tomato and burrata salad looks amazing and smells great.

Do not hesitate to try it because it is very quick to prepare and is delicious.

Wash, dry and halve the yellow cherry tomatoes and place them on top of the tomato slices.
Step 10
Place the burrata cheese in the center of the plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I also decided to put some small basil leaves on it.
