Instructions:
Step 1
In a large skillet or flat pot, fry the prawns until they turn white.
Step 2
Cut the cuttlefish, the smaller the thinner it will be. Remove the prawns and, in the same oil, put the cuttlefish with a handful of salt. Fry for 10 minutes.
Step 3
While chopping the peppers. They can be of these colors or simply green or red.
Step 4
Cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the pot. Chop the small garlic and add it to the pot as well. Fry another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add two glasses of water, a handful of salt, a pinch of food coloring and raise the heat until it boils. Taste and rectify for salt.
Step 6
Add a glass of round rice, distribute and cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
Step 7
5 minutes after adding the rice, put the prawns on top of the half-cooked rice.
Step 8
Let it sit for 5 more minutes covered. Serve warm. Bon Appetit.
