  • 3 hard-boiled eggs or white asparagus
  • Oil and salt
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Laurel
  • Sweet paprika from La Vera
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons cocktail sauce.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion and minced garlic a little.
  • Step 2
  • Add the monkfish tails with a little salt, sweet paprika on both sides and a bay leaf.
  • Step 3
  • Let it simmer and cover it for 15 minutes on each side.
  • Step 4
  • Let the monkfish cool, in the same pan or on a rack. Then the center part is removed from the tails.
