Ingredients

  • 120 gr. of celery
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of cream
  • Sal
  • Pimienta
  • Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. of mustard beans
  • 200 gr. of oysters
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Wash the celery, paprika and bunch of scallions and cut them into small cubes. Heat the oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
  • Mix the vegetables with the breadcrumbs, melted butter and cream. Season it with salt, pepper, a splash of Tabasco and mustard seeds.
  • Step 3
