24 fresh oysters on the half shell
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup anise-flavored liqueur (e.g., Pernod)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Step 2
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Step 3
Add spinach, parsley, and green onions. Cook until wilted.

Stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and anise liqueur. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
