  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter.
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of white wine.
  • 1 cup of heavy cream.
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice.
  • Red pepper flakes.
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley.
  • 1 tbsp of lemon zest.
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  • Step 2
  • Place the scallops evenly spaced in the pan, 8 to 10 at a time.

  • Cook until bottoms are golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes, and turn.

  • Cook until the scallops are translucent, another 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Remove from heat and set aside and while preparing the cream sauce.
