Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1

Peel the mango and banana, dice them and set aside. Cut the tangerines in half and squeeze them out.

  2. 2

Pour the juice into the blender jar. Add the milk, condensed milk and yogurt. Add the chopped fruits and grind. Reserve.

  3. 3

Put the sugar, water and honey in a saucepan. Mix well and add a splash of lemon juice. Cook everything over low heat. When it gets a little color, add the seeds and pistachios. Cook them while stirring until the nuts absorb all the caramel, approximately 10 minutes.

  4. 4

Cut a piece of baking paper and place it on the plate. Spread the garland and cover with another baking paper. Roll out with the rolling pin and let it cool. When it cools down, remove the paper and chop it up. Serve the milkshake and accompany it with pieces of garrilache. Garnish with mint leaves.
