Ingredients

  • 1 jar of 400 g chickpeas
  • 3 tomatoes (homemade luckily)
  • 2 white courgettes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of Ras el Hanout
  • 1 minced garlic
  • Whole sea salt with Provence herbs (See recipe)
  • Mint or spearmint leaves, fresh

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Chop the tomatoes with the skin on, and cook them for 6 minutes
  • Step 2
  • Remove the skin and cut the courgettes into cubes
  • Step 3
