1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups kale, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Step 1
Brown crumbled Italian sausage in a pot, then drain excess fat.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion and garlic until softened.
Step 3
