Ingredients
300g fresh okra, sliced
400g assorted meats (beef, tripe, and cow's foot)
1/2 cup palm oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp ground crayfish
2 tsp ground pepper
2 stock cubes
1 cup waterleaf or spinach, chopped
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Step 1
In a pot, cook the assorted meats with water, stock cubes, and onions until tender. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat palm oil in another pot. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and ground crayfish. Fry until the oil separates.
Step 3
Add the cooked meats, okra, ground pepper, and salt to the pot. Stir well.
Step 4
Pour in water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the chopped waterleaf or spinach. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 6
Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve hot with your choice of fufu or rice.
