Instructions:
Step 1
Dissolve the coffee in a little hot water and pour in the cold liquid milk to make our bitter coffee ready. Now, if you like, you can put a few drops of stevia so that it's not so bitter, but then next to the ice cream it contrasts and is very bitter, it's a matter of taste! Reserve refrigerated.
Step 2
Distribute 2 to 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream per glass, my glass is 400 ml, then pour the milk with coffee very cold over the ice cream, leaving the glass at a little more than 3/4 of its capacity, on top, the space you left towards the top, fill with whipped cream, I used these that come in cans ready to shake and serve, but you can make your own and put it in a bag to decorate beautifully.
Step 3
Finally, decorate with one or more obsession sticks and you can sprinkle cocoa, or cinnamon on top and enjoy! What is delicious and very nice to surprise with something delicious!
