  • 1 egg yolk
  • 300 g of piloncillo (cardboard, chancaca, candy cover).
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet anise.
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • 100 g of Panela cheese (fresh pasteurized white cheese).
  • Frying oil.
  • Salt to taste.

  • Remove the cassava shell and wash well.
