Mold to be used: round 27 cm. diameter. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, heat up and down.
Step 3
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices that are not very thick, wash the apples, peel them and cut them into slices as thin as possible, set aside
Step 4
Put the puff pastry on top of the mold with its own baking paper (the dough will have been out of the cold a couple of hours before using it) place well all over the mold, press the base and sides, cut off the excess of the dough
Step 5
Put a layer of jam on the base, spread well, place the slices of bananas
Step 6
Put another thin layer of jam on the bananas and now we are going to place the apples, lightly brush the apples with margarine (optional, although it will give us a very delicious flavor) put in the oven at 200 degrees heat up and down for 10 minutes then lower the oven to 180 degrees heat up and down for 20 minutes until the apples are golden brown (the smell we have in the kitchen is wonderful)
