Instructions:

Step 1
• Mix the eggs with the sugar and beat for 5 minutes to whiten and air out. Then add the oil and continue whisking.
Step 2
• Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the preparation
Step 3
• Optionally add sugar to the chosen mold and caramelize. Before putting the pineapples on the bottom, or as in my case, putting just a small mattress of uncaramelized sugar and the pineapples on top, add all the preparation
Step 4
• Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the oven, at 180 degrees, prick with a stick, if it comes out dry to enjoy
