  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 250ml warm milk
  • 80g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80ml vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g crushed walnuts (optional)
  • 100g granulated sugar (for coating)

  • In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
